Our Story
Two sisters, one crown, a whole lot of butter.
The Boil Queens started where every good story does - at the kitchen table. What began as Sunday boils for family and a few too many friends turned into a line out the door and a reputation for seafood that tastes like a celebration.
We treat every bag like it's headed for a banquet: live seafood sourced fresh, a broth we guard like a family secret, and butter poured without apology. The crown isn't about being fancy - it's the feeling you get when the bag hits the table and everybody goes quiet.
